To celebrate their upcoming mekon/Robbie expedition to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland in August, the Hideout is proud to sponsor and send off Jon Langford, Robbie Fulks and Sally Timms on their epic voyage across the pond. Jon, Sally and Robbie will be showcasing new songs written for the occasion along with Robbie and mekon favorites. Be the first to hear the output of this unholy union. There will be prizes, special guests, special “Scottish” Cocktails, haggis (haggi?) and other encased cooked meats on offer. It will be a night to remember and your attendance ensures that these intrepid travelers will not starve on the journey and will have enough for a “wee dram” when they land on those distant shores. Who knows when they will be seen again? It’s a long way to Scotland in a rowboat and the chubbiest will be eaten first! Show starts early! 6pm doors, 7pm show time, so you can be tucked up in bed by 10pm!
